Compact Core Exerciser – giddy up partner!

Compact Core Exerciser
Spring is creeping ever closer, and the time is now to start working off any remaining winter baggage. There are always specific parts of our body that we want to work on, and sometimes home workouts don’t do you justice without an additional machine. If you want to work on your core muscles, and just so happen to like riding horses, there is an exercise machine built just for you.

The Compact Core Exerciser simulates cantering on a horse, but needs your muscle power to move it. You sit on the saddle, shift your weight back, and the saddle will rotate at about 40rpm or less. This is supposed to help your posture, balance, and help prevent back injuries, and will cost a hefty $250. It’s very lightweight, and can support up to 250 lbs. While this is a good workout, it may look a bit…awkward.
