The Solid Gray Backpack is futuristic and functional

Solid Gray Backpack
Want to know why backpacks are so awesome? They’re convenient, available just about anywhere, and there is a huge variety out there from functional to aesthetically based. Some have tons of pockets and extra features like a solar panel to charge devices, but most are made of a material that will keep your things contained, but not necessarily safe from water or drop damage. For this day and age, we’ve got a lot of gizmos and gadgets that don’t play well with hitting the ground or H2O, so it’s important that you carry them around in something that will keep them from harm.

The Solid Gray Backpack doesn’t fit your general idea of what a backpack is. It’s a little bit reminiscent of a turtle shell! The body consists of polypropylene block copolymer that is lined with EPDM foam. It could deter rain a little better than your average pack could, but that doesn’t mean you’re completely good to go on a cloudy day. The shell will audibly snap shut whenever you’ve packed up a day’s worth of gear, and will give you at least some protection from the usual daily bumps and drops. This $199 backpack is available in white with black straps, white with white straps, or dark gray.
