Speed Resistance Training Parachute – no pain, no gain

Speed-Resistance-Training-Parachute
When it comes to exercising, there’s always a new aspect you can add into the mix. Even if you think something is impossible on the first day, you’ll find yourself hitting new plateaus within the first two weeks. When it comes to running, you can always improve your speed or distance, but how do you add resistance to your workout?

The SKLZ Speed Resistance Training Parachute will add on about 15-30 pounds of pull dependent on how fast you’re going. That being said, you may want to start out with this on a day that isn’t terribly windy or it will up the load. This consists of a belt, instructional DVD, and a parachute that has built-in mesh sheets on the strings so they won’t tangle so easily. The belt has a quick-release buckle that will allow you to fire off the parachute in mid-stride, and it is attached to a metal ring so that you can run with it forward, backward, or side to side. The CD will give you a 6-week training program, and the waist band is adjustable so you can pass it off to friends or family when you’re not using it. It’ll cost you around $30, though you can find it for cheaper elsewhere.
