Sync up to a healthy lifestyle with the Fit and Burn Fitness Bands

Sync Fitness Burn
It’s hard to know what’s right for you when trying to go on a healthier routine. What helps you burn the most calories and what food should you eat? While a little research will go a long way, it’s pretty hard to keep track of how your body is responding to all of it. Fitness bands are a big deal at the moment, and it’s hard to tell how many of them differ from one another.

Sync has created a whole line of ways to track your activity levels, but the Fit and Burn bands will keep you in the know 24 hours a day. The big difference between these two is that Burn has Bluetooth capabilities and can wirelessly sync your information to MapMyFitness. They can both track how many calories you burn, your heart rate, distance, steps taken, and more. These also have a stopwatch, workout timer, and are water resistant (they have to be if you want them to keep working after one good day of exercise).  You’ll also be able to use this as a timepiece as it shows the time and date, and it will cost you anywhere from $95-130.
