Hale Dreamer Alarm Dock – Makes your smartphone smarter when it comes to waking you up

Our phones provide a convenient and easy way to always have an alarm clock with us, but the smartphone can be pretty dumb when it comes to customizing the alarm features, such as letting your phone know who’s worth waking up for and who can live with getting a call back after you wake up. Do you really want your nap disturbed by a telemarketer or would you prefer to have certain calls filtered?

We’ve all been there. Snoozing away and dreaming about sailing on a fancy yacht with supermodels catering to our every whim as our personal butler reminds us of how rich we are… and then we get a call from that annoying friend who always wants to borrow ten bucks. The Hale Dreamer Alarm Dock would send that dude a text message while we continue living large in La-La land.

Dreamer lets you create a customized filter that will only allow the people through that you want to talk to while blocking everyone else. You can also activate a SmartSilence option that will send a text message to callers asking if it’s an emergency. They’ll have to say yes in order for the call to go through.

In addition to the handy filtering system, the dock also has an integrated 10-watt custom speaker that will put your phone speaker to shame, as well as physical controls for volume, display brightness, snooze, music control, and the SmartSilence mode, because, let’s face it, touchscreens are nice but we’re just not coordinated enough for them when we’re half-asleep.

You’ll need an Android phone and $79.99 but taking complete control of your phone alarm is now more than just a dream.
