Ms Geek Shoes – so…uh….how much of a nerd are you, really?

We’re not quite sure whether these are a fashion statement or a new form of protest, but whatever the reason we’re glad they exist. The artistry involved in determining which resistor goes where on the motherboards demonstrates a dedication second to none.

Of course these ‘data shoes’, known as There’s No Data Like Home, are not so much for wearing, as for showing off, but even so we’re wondering if they might not actually work as real shoes if made in the right kind of material. And sold in the right kind of location.

The only slight hiccup is the fact that the art piece will set you back a nice $350 (hey, it’s hand-made right?) so you’re going to need to work at Google or Intel to afford these suckers. But good luck on you if you’ve got the cash.
