Boogie Board Sync 9.7 – neat little Bluetooth eWriter for taking and sharing notes

No matter how hard the geeks try, they can’t dislodge our love of handwriting. There are times when a keyboard won’t cut it, and only a hastily written note will do. For those times you could revert to paper and pencil, but there is another option which is a tad more digital.

The Boogie Board Sync 9.7 is a slim eWriter tablet which comes with a stylus and Bluetooth wireless connectivity for sharing and storing your notes as needed. There’s also an on-board SD memory card for storage, and the device is also compatible with Evernote for cloud storage.

The product runs off a rechargeable battery, and really the key thing is the fact that unlike a full blown tablet, it weighs only 1 pound, which is great for carrying around in a bag or large pocket. It’s obviously not as convenient as a phone, but for students and other scribblers it could be a pretty cool option. Priced at $99.00.
