Actually, all the major large-haul truck makers have been designing “Deathrace 2000” styled tractors for some time. The main problem, as I understand it, is that the hauling companies have been slow to choose them, especially in North America. Spend any time on or near a largish European truck route and you’ll see all kinds of fancy space-age Volvos.
Probably too expensive to maintain all that high-tech plastic. :-) Look purty though!
