Ubooly Interactive Learning Toy – keeping little hands busy and phones safe

We talked about the Ubooly Interactive Learning Toy a couple of years ago but they’ve since made some neat improvements, the most important of which is the fact the product is now compatible with both IOS and Android devices. So now you can give your child the same kind of fun experience with this interactive plush, but using a low cost device as the core.

Ubooly is a sort of cover that fits over your device (sorry parents, phone or tablet not included) and through its dedicated app interacts with your child. Or children as it were, since it can also be programed for multiple children in the same household.

It’s like a Furby with less of an annoying obsession with getting on your nerves. This cute little guy tells stories, plays games and over all just helps teach young children more about the world they live in. It’s a really smart and ‘outside the box’ option for parents who worry about their children’s excessive “screen time”.

It’s rated for children age 1 – 3 and is machine washable (remember to remove your device first!). The memory foam filling also doubles as a protective pad so you don’t have to worry so much about child rage breaking your precious handheld. Paired with automatic updates to keep the content fresh, the Ubooly offers a no mess way to keep a child entertained and educated. The Ubooly Interactive Learning Toy is $59.99 for the jumbo size.
