Satechi Touch USB LED Lamp – turn any bottle into your own custom lamp

satechitouchusbledlamp

Light is cool. Not sunlight necessarily, especially with all that scary UV, but the decor lighting inside my house. Lamps are my favorite thing. I love the look of upcycled lamps but I never want to go through the process of making them. So it was nice to find the Satechi Touch USB LED Lamp which turns empty bottles to functional décor.

The Satechi comes in plan white so it matches with just about any empty bottle you happen to have laying around. Mason jars, classic soda bottles, odd vases, you name it and this little guy can slide right in there, changing it from clutter to lamp in two seconds flat. Note that you’ll need a USB wall adapter if you want to power it away from your computer.

The great thing about it, aside from being compatible with USB 2.0 or 3.0, is that it can be swapped out to any bottle so it can change its look as often as you change your office. Plus the technology is green so you’re saving the earth while being trendy. The LED lasts for 50K hours which means this sucker can burn (efficiently!) for almost 2100 straight days. That’s impressive. It’s a simple touch on and off and is lightweight. The Satechi Touch USB LED Lamp is $29.99.
