Forget your $4000 mountain racer, you need a Genuine WWII-era Swiss courier bicycle. Yep, now you too can Julie Andrews your way around town screeching out Edelweiss tunes at the top of your voice. And who’s going to bother stealing it, eh? Retro chic comes at a price, however, and in this case it’s $650.00.

Complete with hand and foot brakes, leather tool case, rear wheel lock, sealed bearings and tire pump. In outstanding condition, considering they saw service more than half a century ago (sure to provide faithful service for generations to come). An extraordinary display piece, too. We have very few remaining. Date-stamped from 1950 to 1940.

  • Just pop over to Amsterdam and you can pick up the real thing for Eur 50!

  • You may even get a bicycle too :)

  • Heh! Or from the Far East too, I bet. :-) But without the collectible-ness factor?

  • $650 is robbery! Atlas Cycles, Hero Cycles, and others from India manufacture and market these all over the world. You could pick one up (or have one shipped to you) with all the frills and more for about USD 25 + shipping.

  • With shipping? Really? What by camel post? Surely it costs more than that? :-)
