All you do is bung in the CD, plug the phone into the nearest USB socket and dial away. Nifty technology then digitally converts your voice through your broadband internet connection and on to its final destination – be it a fellow Skype user, a normal land line or a mobile phone. It’s easier than… er, picking up the phone!
