Shower Of The Future – revolutionary new system cuts water waste to almost zero, you shower in just 5 liters of luxury water

There’s no question that we waste a huge amount of energy every day, which is not fair on the planet or on our pocketbooks. The problem is it’s hard to identify easy wins, where we can make savings which are significant and yet don’t adversely impact our lives too much. Now a Swedish company has come up with an ingenious system which promises to completely overturn our shower waste and give us a better shower at the same time.

The Shower Of The Future is a self-contained system which can be installed by any competent plumber, which provides an ultra-efficient shower system which uses just 5 liters of water per shower, and yet can deliver a flow rate which is nearly double that of a normal shower. The system does this by using a sealed control technology and a set of purification filters which manage the water quality heating on a per shower basis.

The result is you save over 90% of the water, and over 80% of the energy each shower compared to a traditional system. The system also uses a smartphone app to keep you on top of your shower savings, and alert you when the purification capsules need changing. They cost between $25 and $100, and will typically need changing once a year or so.

All of this high tech doesn’t come cheap of course, so you’ll find yourself on the wrong end of €5000 when you order one, but judging by the savings calculator on the site, you’ll be able to pay that back in a very short time indeed, when you calculate your current and future showering costs using the system. Let’s hope the system catches on big time, so we can knock one more thing off our list of waste targets.
