Alarm clocks are usually pretty annoying. They’re loud and generally the better ones are more difficult to shut off. At least, you want them to be. The Lexon Flip On/Off Alarm Clock is really nice to look at but would probably be terrible to get you out of bed.

The Lexon is a box alarm clock that comes in bright colors. One side says on, the other says off. You activate the alarm by turning it so the on side is up. It’s super simple and quick. Great for nights when you’re extra tired. No extra buttons, just flip it over. The problem is that you turn it off the same way.

When the alarm sounds all you have to do is turn it back over. That’s it. No slamming your hand down to find the snooze button. Just flip that bad boy over and you can go back to sleep. Which doesn’t make a very effective alarm. Unless the time you set is more of a suggestion than a hard and fast rule. The Lexon Flip On/Off Alarm Clock is $39.95.
