Lully – help your child sleep better at night without the ‘terrors’

lully

If you have a young child which is still affected by poor sleep patterns or the ‘night terrors’, then you will be relieved to know that technology is speeding to the rescue in the form of a small gadget and smartphone app. The product, called Lully, is designed to prevent the onset of the terrors and help your child (and you) get a good night’s sleep.

The gizmo, which is basically a small vibrating pad controlled by your phone, sits under the mattress of the child’s bed. After you’ve configured the app by answering a few questions you will use it every night to set the pad gently vibrating just before the terrors usually happen. This moves the child into a different sleep pattern, and avoids the issue completely.

The device can be used in any kind of bed or cot, although if your child is under 2 years of age, the developers do suggest that you consult your doctor first. After a few weeks of doing this ‘treatment’. the sleep terrors should be cured, and you can all go back to some peace and quiet. The product is available for $129 online.
