Seems to me that it would be impossible to pack enough power into that package to turn a motor over even once. You definition of “normal everyday vehicles” may be a bit provincial to your way of life, ma’am ;-)
I’ve found that “jump starters” that are reliable are usually in the lunchbox size range. Which is fine, they can be kept in the trunk easily enough.
