24” Outdoor Lighted Atomic Clock – a clock for all time

24

How do you tell the time when you’re outside? You look at your phone. But let’s pretend you don’t have your phone because it’s the apocalypse perhaps. How would you know then (why you care isn’t important)? The 24” Outdoor Lighted Atomic Clock will keep perfect time, even in the end times.

This clock is designed to sit outdoors so you’ll have an attractive wall hanging during the fall out. The face lights up when it gets dark out and the hands glow so you can fairly easily tell the time on this from a distance. You can supposedly read this from up to 30 feet away in daylight. So you’ll be sure to get home before the reapers or whatever haunts your post-apocalyptic wasteland rises.

There is also a built in thermometer so you can keep an eye on the temperature and get to safety before it hits “unlivable” as well as a hygrometer for humidity. The clock synchs up via radio receiver with NIST-F1, the US atomic clock. This one will never gain or lose a second. Even if humanity is just memory. Or you could just use it to keep track of time while you’re outside grilling. The 24” Outdoor Lighted Atomic Clock is $149.95.
