Slate Essential LapDesk – turn any space into a work space

Slate Essential LapDesk

Thanks to laptops, any space can be a work space. This may or may not be a good thing. Either way, you can make it more comfortable with the Slate Essential LapDesk, a wooden lap desk perfect for anyone who wants to work away from their desk.

This lap desk is made from a solid block of bamboo making it really lightweight and natural against your legs. It also will absorb the heat from your laptop and has built in ventilation. Unlike most lap desks, there’s also a built in mousepad so you can use your mouse easily while you work. Above the mousepad, there’s a dock for keeping both tablets and smartphones so that you can work (or play) from both screens.

Slate Essential LapDesk alone

This is a handy little addition for people who like to work somewhere other than their office. Take it with you and turn your couch, front porch, or even backyard into a productive work space. It’s a little bulky to take with you on a daily basis but if you happen to be going to a hotel for a few days, it’s a great item to throw in a suitcase. The Slate Essential LapDesk is $79.99.

Nice. Can I have a left-handed one, please?

My sister is left handed. It bites that these items aren’t made for both sides :(
