Escape Traveler makes RVing a luxurious green experience

Escape Traveler 1

RVing. Whether you envision a clunky looking vehicle or a long sleek one, the designs haven’t seemed to change much over the years. But ESCAPE Traveler is turning that on its ear, and making it greener too.

Handcrafted in America, the Traveler fits more into the tiny home arena. A “2015 HGTV Fresh Faces Of Design,” finalist, this innovative vehicle features a full-sized kitchen and bathroom, a large dining or work table, a nice sized living area with fireplace and big screen TV, tall windows, on-demand hot water and a washer / dryer. It also includes plenty of storage, is fully climate controlled and boasts minimal power consumption. And it manages to sleeps up to six people too!

Uniquely handsome, especially when measured against almost other RVs, the Traveler is supposedly easy to pull and to set up. And it’s even got an “Off Grid” version that allows even more flexibility and sustainability. This package features include a solar energy system, fresh water with direct connection to a rainwater collection system, choices between a composting or incinerating toilet, gray water irrigation, and closed cell insulating foam that uses recycled products. It’s so very much a “home away from home”, you may wonder why have a larger “fixed” home at all!
