SKEYE Hexa Drone – six blades are better than four

If you’re looking to cause a little drone inspired mayhem around your home or office, you don’t have to look far for something suited for less than wild environments. The SKEYE Hexa Drone is a six propeller drone perfect for taking out for quick spins.

This drone fits into the palm of your hand but it’s ready to take on the big bad world. The six axis design makes it pretty stable so even the most n00b of pilots should be able to get it in the air and navigate it safely. For people who are feeling a little more adventurous, it can also do flips and tricks. If you can handle it. There are even LED lights so you can take it out when the lights go out.

This charges via USB (cord included) while the controller needs two AAA batteries. It takes about 30 mins to charge fully which will give you 8 minutes of flying time. It unfortunately only comes in the white and orange color scheme but you’ll be able to find it easily. The SKEYE Hexa Drone is $59.

Donyae’s love for technology is based on a need to survive our future robotic overlords. Know thy enemy as you know yourself. But since even odds are on the zombie future, she has also learned how to prepare squirrel. You can find her on Facebook until the robots – or zombies – rise up.
