Snooperscope – use your phone as a night vision camera

snooperscope with phone

There are many things that your cell camera is good for but one thing it generally fails at is low light pictures and you can forget about total darkness. Or at least, you could. With the Snooperscope you can turn your cell phone or tablet into a night vision camera.

This little device actually uses your mobile (tablet or smartphone) as a screen. This night vision camera will make it look like a room is bathed in light even when it’s in pitch blackness, as long as you view it through your mobile screen.

This is great for people who love observing wildlife as it will give them a glimpse of what’s out there when the sun sets. It is also a handy gadget for amateur ghost hunters. This is an affordable option for both parties and the tech is fairly simple to use so even the most technology impaired can use this to find out what lurks in the darkness. Spoiler alert, it’s probably just stray cats and raccoons. The Snooperscope is $139.

Donyae’s love for technology is based on a need to survive our future robotic overlords. Know thy enemy as you know yourself. But since even odds are on the zombie future, she has also learned how to prepare squirrel. You can find her on Facebook until the robots – or zombies – rise up.
