Radio Dead – not nearly as creepy as it sounds, actually a pretty rocking old school party

Radio Equipment

2016 has been an awful year for music. So many greats passed in the first few weeks much to the dismay of fans. Even though they’re gone, they’re not forgotten and their music lives on. Radio Dead plays only the music of musicians that have passed to honor them.

The name inspires visions of people who wear a lot of black but this station is anything but. It plays a wide variety of music in all genres covering many great artists like Bowie and Michael Jackson. After all, the only requirement for the station is that they’re dead.

It’s an internet radio station through Tunein and plays 24 hours a day so “tune in” any time to hear some of the greats that have shrugged off this mortal coil. Also, in case you were wondering, in a band situation, only one member has to be dead for it to get played. So if you’re feeling nostalgic, give it a listen online or on mobile devices.
