Viagen Pets – keep your furry friend by your side, even after they’ve passed

We love our pets. Our cats and dogs are like part of the family but most of them will likely pass long before we do, leaving an empty spot in our hearts. It’s sad when a pet dies but what if you could bring them back? Viagen Pets will clone your cat or dog so you can have them for a whole other lifetime.

The process begins with a small biopsy of your pet’s tissue, performed by a vet. These are sent to the Viagen labs where cells are cultivated and then frozen so you can have your pet cloned, when you want. This would likely be after your original pet has died.

This process begins before your animal passes away so it’s a sort of long term plan, not something you can do on a whim if your beloved animal is hit by a car. The idea is that it is an exact genetic replica and given the same love and care, it will have the same personality. This process is far from cheap though. After the $1,600 genetic preservation fee, it’s $50K for dogs but only $25K for cats.
