Sign With Robert – learn some sign language with these gifs

You should learn sign language. We should all learn sign language. Even just a few words. If you’re trying to pick up the skill, Giphy is here to help! They’ve released a whole library of phrases to help you learn, using the gif format from Sign With Robert.

This library of gifs include simple words and phrases, all signed out by a person so that you can mimic their motions. It’s an interesting use of the gif, usually this file format is saved for jokes. Either forever looping “wait for it” moments that are never coming or reaction shots when a meme won’t do.

The library is totally free and I guess you can use them for reaction shots? But honestly you should try and learn a few new phrases! Expand your knowledge. The gifs cover expressions, time, and emotions for just an idea of the sort of things you’ll be seeing. They’re all curated from the Sign With Robert video series. You can check it out for free.

Donyae’s love for technology is based on a need to survive our future robotic overlords. Know thy enemy as you know yourself. But since even odds are on the zombie future, she has also learned how to prepare squirrel. You can find her on Facebook until the robots – or zombies – rise up.
