Onceaday – the app that’s a to-do list for life

The magic of “to-do” lists is that they help you feel accomplished by simply giving you a tangible way to see all the things you’ve finished. They motivate you by reminding you’ve already started. They’re great for projects but not something that can be utilized for habit forming. Well that was until Onceaday came out, the app that acts as a habit-forming to-do list.

This is a really simple app. Just load it up with what ever activity you want to do once a day. There’s no time blocks or scheduling that needs to happen. Just make a list of what you want to accomplish every single day. This can be things like reading, making it to the gym, or even remembering your meds.

When you’ve done it, just check it off. That’s it, all finished. The app doesn’t send reminders nor does it give you any other goals but it does tell you how long you’ve been keeping up the habit and generates a pretty little calendar. Check out this app to help form some good habits.
