Museum of Failure – not all ideas are great

Technology is a really funny thing because for every awesome product that makes our lives better, there are slew of versions that didn’t quite hit the mark. Sometimes these are just off the wall ideas but other times, it was just too soon and the tech wasn’t quite right. Now you can see a bunch of them in the Museum of Failure, the museum that won’t let anyone forget their mistakes.

Inside you’ll find such laughable products as the Nokia N-Gage, the failed gaming phone and a mask that electrocutes you for beauty. Obviously, the mask is, well not something most people would want to wear but the N-Gage was on to something.

It is one of many products that just wasn’t quite right. A gaming phone with a strange design that never caught on. It wasn’t so bizarre though! After all, how many games do you have downloaded on your phone right now? It was just a little ahead of what the technology was capable of. The museum hopes to inspire people keep trying and see failure as just a stepping stone for innovation. It opens June 7 in Helsingborg, Sweden. Check out the video to learn more.
