GoldenEye Replica Watch – it doesn’t pause the game but it sure looks cool

I know we all have smart phones, tablets, and computers that help us keep track of the time as we go throughout our daily lives but watches are still a solid fashion statement and haven’t stopped being useful just because they’re not as popular. If you happen to also be a GoldenEye fan, check out this replica watch.

It’s modeled off of the 1995 movie of the same name but it looks more like the classic videogame version. As an aside, GoldenEye the film was a strong movie but I feel like it’s been completely overshadowed by the game in pop culture history. Not even the whole game, just the multiplayer function. Anyway, if you love either of those things, this watch will make you smile.

It’s made to resemble the in-game pause screen, if only every time you checked the time, you could pause your life. It is a unisex watch with a stainless-steel band and back. It keeps the time and is battery powered. You can snatch it up for $25.

Donyae’s love for technology is based on a need to survive our future robotic overlords. Know thy enemy as you know yourself. But since even odds are on the zombie future, she has also learned how to prepare squirrel. You can find her on Facebook until the robots – or zombies – rise up.

Looks cool since I was a big goldeneye fan for the N64 myself as a kid, but does it do anything other than tell time? Makes me think the “screen” is interactive but for $25 I doubt it does anything other than spin three hands

No, this isn’t a “smartwatch”. It just tells time. I wonder if there is an alternative face for android watches based on GoldenEye. . .
