Insight Timer – get into a good headspace with this app

Sometimes we just need a little break. When you need to turn inward, don’t start browsing the internet on your phone, use the Insight Timer instead. This handy app has a slew of meditations available, all at the touch of your fingertips.

The app includes over 5000 free meditations that are suitable for all sorts of life situations as well as times. Don’t have an hour to dedicate to reaching a more Zen place? That’s cool, there are short meditations to just help you get into a better head-space.

The guided meditations are provided by a number of teachers and practitioners so you can explore and find what works best for you. There are also unguided meditations that can be set with a timer and the ambient sounds of your choosing. This is a great app to have on your phone to help you de-stress during the day, start your morning off right, or help you fall into a gentle sleep. Check it out for free on Android or Apple devices.
