Once you have an account, all you need is access to your email. To send a fax, just put the phone number in the address bar followed by @myfax.com. Your fax will be sent to the recipients. The system is also set up to receive faxes, which are sent to your email for you to print out.

The service is secure and there are mobile apps so that you can work on the go. Fair warning however, the mobile apps do not seem to work as well as the web service so for many, it may not be worth using, according to the ratings. The service costs $9.99 a month but there is a free 30 day trial.
