International Children’s Digital Library – a free book depository for kids

There are tons of free reading resources on the internet. You can get full books, and not just classic books but contemporary fiction novels too. The one thing that’s not so great in abundance is children’s books. The International Children’s Digital Library is an online book collection that seeks to fill this void.

This website partners with libraries and private collections from around the world to put children’s books online. These aren’t just your basic well-thumbed superstars of elementary school, the website features a good deal of lesser known works that tell exciting tales for all ages.

The website is fairly easy to navigate although it takes a little while to load, full books are available to read. This is a great resource, especially if you’re searching for books that are more than just the basic same old same old stories that we’re used to seeing. You can check out the website for free.

Donyae’s love for technology is based on a need to survive our future robotic overlords. Know thy enemy as you know yourself. But since even odds are on the zombie future, she has also learned how to prepare squirrel. You can find her on Facebook until the robots – or zombies – rise up.
