Calendly – this calendar assistant will help you organize your meetings

Our lives are busy and sometimes we need a quick way to organize the million things we have to do so we can get through it all. Calendly is the clean calendar assistant that helps make scheduling appointments a snap.

There are ton of scheduling assistants out there. This one is pretty basic. You block out your unavailable times and the person you want to meet with picks from what’s left. There’s nothing espcailly magical about this assistant. It does have a really clean format which is very nice.

There are multiple pricing levels. With the free level you get basic, single use options. Above that, some of the features you pay for are group scheduling, payment integration (for booking appointments), and different event types. You can sign up for a free account and stay free forever however. Payed plans start at $8 a month.

Donyae’s love for technology is based on a need to survive our future robotic overlords. Know thy enemy as you know yourself. But since even odds are on the zombie future, she has also learned how to prepare squirrel. You can find her on Facebook until the robots – or zombies – rise up.
