Tamagotchi is Back in 2018! [REVIEW]

Well, well, well look what we have here… The little key chain pet is finally back. It’s 2018 and the Tamagotchi 20th anniversary edition virtual pet is back!

The first Tamagotchi was extremely popular in school. Every kid had one hanging around it’s school case or belt. The aim of this small thing is to feed it, play with it and keep it alive. You start out with an egg that gets hatched after a minute or so. After that the Tamagotchi has to rely on your skills to keep it alive: mine were pretty bad.

It’s not the same as a real pet, but it can also do poopoo, which you have to clean up as well. Luckily it doesn’t smell. This little thing works great, is intuitive but you need to learn the controls: it’s not that easy when you’re used to PS4 or Xbox One controls. If you’ve had a Tamagotchi in the past and want to give it another shot, do buy this thing because it’s pretty cool and old school! You can find the Tamagotchi series 2 here.

Simon loves gadgets even more than he loves chocolate, and he’s from Belgium… How weird.
