The Lovebox – send love notes electronically with this gadget

Not every invention has a wide range of uses but sometimes they’re really sweet. Sometimes we just need a unique way to say, “I love you.” The Lovebox is a way to send digital love letters in a special package to that special someone.

This device is just a screen, in a box. The sender uses an app to send love notes to the recipient that are displayed when they open the lid. The notification, so that they know they have a note, is a spinning heart on the front of the box.

Once they’ve read the note, they recipient can let the sender know how much they enjoyed it by spinning the heart by hand which sends a bunch of hearts back to the person who write the note. It’s a really sweet concept with, albeit, very limited use. You can get one of these of $115.

Donyae’s love for technology is based on a need to survive our future robotic overlords. Know thy enemy as you know yourself. But since even odds are on the zombie future, she has also learned how to prepare squirrel. You can find her on Facebook until the robots – or zombies – rise up.
