Ecocapsule – the tiny pod for comfortable off grid living

The future is . . micro homes. Ok maybe not but they are an interesting and strangely high tech look at housing. The Ecocapsule is one such micro home that’s small in size but big in tech. This little pod is totally decked out with some great sustainable options to keep you going no matter where you go.

This is one of the most futuristic looking small homes. It’s a literal pod but when you get down to it, it’s basically a really modern and small Airstream. It’s a trailer, in the way that most tiny homes are just fancy trailers. Or caravans. It’s designed to house one or two people at most. So buy multiple pods for larger families.

It’s also designed to go anywhere. It’s built with rain collection systems and solar and wind power generators, so you can live totally off gird. But if you’re not into that, you can also plug into local power grids. The furniture is light weight and the bathroom facilities are built in and all ready to go. Just add you. These are shipping out sometime at the end of the year and prices start at €79,900.
