Safe Zone Gunfire Detection – find out sooner if there’s an active shooter

Active shooter situations are very, very scary and for people in the US they are becoming a larger part of all of our realities. Safe Zone Gunfire Detection is an active shooter detector system that can alert police to shooters faster which will hopefully save more lives.

This is like an emergency alert system that is made directly for active shooter situations. The sensors let you know where the attack took place as well as the caliber of the gun used. It also delivers information to bystanders so they can know where they can go to be safe.

The idea is that this will alert people faster so that more lives can be saved, after all, time really is of the essence in these situations. And because we can’t do things like pass more restrictive gun laws, I guess this is what we have. Check out the website for more information.
