Better Health By Going Electric – making the way for electric cars may improve health

Switching to electric vehicles is good for the environment, less emissions! But did you know, it could be good for our health too? A new paper looks at the costs of building electric vehicle charging infrastructures vs health costs and the numbers are looking good for electric cars.

We’ve long known that humans suffer a myriad of health problems connected with fumes from our cars. This isn’t new information. By adopting electric vehicles more, we cut down on those fumes and therefore would spend less money on the health issues causes by them.

Ultimately what the paper finds is that the savings economies would get in healthcare would be more than the cost for installing the infrastructure and there’s also a chance for new business opportunities surround the infrastructure. Check out the article for more information.
