I use a 3M EM500GPL vertical mouse (similar to a joystick), and it really did help me. Reccomended.
I also have the 3M ergonomic mouse, and I love it. I’ve had it for almost a year, and have had no pain in my wrist! I can even play video games with it!
Now if they had it for lefties, I’d be all over it.
