The Interactive Robot Kit promises to provide hours of fun and jolly japes. It walks, dances and makes sounds. And connects to the PC via USB for downloading music and Shakespearean works for recitation. OK, we’re exaggerating a tad, but hey, everyone else does…$129.95.
The kit has more than 500 pieces and comes with a battery-powered drill which young engineers use to assemble the robot. The drill doubles as the motor that drives the robots movement and the USB device that connects to a PC for downloading music and pre-programmed movements from the Internet for the other builds that can be made with the kit (a crane and a three-wheeled vehicle).
