Installation is a cinch for newcomers, just plug and play, and what’s more the call quality and feature set is excellent in just about every area. The only quibbles we have with this well thought out product are the lack of a  ‘locate handset’ button on the base, and the strange lack of DTMF touch tones on Skype calls, which makes it impossible to access most automated services.
