Nemo Pocket Reader – the digital magnifier

Nemomagnifier

The Nemo Pocket Reader. Take an old favourite, throw in a bit of technology and a rechargeable battery and you’ve got a magnification digicam that is pocket sized and gives you colour, black and white or negative magnified images to help you read stuff better. Are we certain that a 4 inch LCD is better than some thick shaped glass? Not really, especially at a price of $139.99. [Update – oops, my bad. The product actually costs $899.00. Phew!]

The pocket-sized Nemo magnifier is both lightweight and compact enough that you are able to take it with you where ever you go. Take it with you to the grocery store to read nutrition and ingredients labels or hard-to-see price tags, or to the doctor’s office to easily read the forms you’re filling out…Just hold Nemo as you would a camera, push a button, and the enlarged image is visible right there immediately – a magnified still photo in your hand.

HeHe!! The 7 year warranty is $139.99!! The actual unit is $899.00, a big difference I do believe. Might want to correct this post….

I was interested in this until I saw the same thing as the person above me. $899.00 is just a little too much.

    Thanks SilverHalo, now corrected!
