imified IMified web applications via IM

IMified is a great little free application which merges your choice of favourite instant messenger with various web applications. So for instance you can connect use your 30Boxes organiser/calendar application with MSN or AIM, and when you want to add a reminder or calendar date just IM to the application rather than logging in etc. Super idea and great for using on mobile phones too.

WHY SHOULD I USE IT? Because you shouldn’t have to launch your browser to add a new appointment to your Google calendar, or complete a todo in your backpack account. Imified is always open, sitting right there in your favorite IM client ready to help. If you have an IM client running on your mobile phone, you’ve got instant access to your applications wherever and whenever. Cool huh?

Currently, there I’m having a few issues adding events to GCalendar: “You must first specify your timezone in the account settings page to add to the Google Calendar service..” – Hey, it’s already set dude ! :-)
