Yuuguu is a screen share, desktop application share and IM freeware tool which is one of the only programs of its type that’s available for both Mac and PC. Which is very interesting. It works OK, but the lag is horrific, which makes any form of remote control almost impossible. And that’s on fast broadband connections. Definitely one to watch though, if they can get the speed issues worked out it could be excellent.
Yuuguu is a clever little tool that lets you see, share and take control of each other’s computer screens and applications. Yuuguu also lets you message individuals and groups whilst you screen share so it feels like you’re together in the same room. Yuuguu shows you when your workmates and friends are online too, so you can switch them ‘on’ when you want them, and ‘off’ when you don’t. It’s easy to install, super-easy-to-use, and completely secure on any computer.
