Now here’s an interesting thing, picked up from a Google text ad. The beta SkyScanner service is a search engine for budget airline flights in Europe.

It’s interesting because it looks to be an independent operation (no major airlines or agents are featured, only the budget direct operators like Ryanair and EasyJet), and because it seems to work in real time. Hmmm!
