Tubes – send photos to your Mom’s screensaver

Tubes

Tubes. Tubes lets you set up a simple and automatic file sharing link between remote computers, so you can share stuff with anyone instantly. Just in time for Mother’s Day, the company has released a screencast which shows how you can share your photos with Mom by setting up a Tubes link on her laptop. Download the software, set it up and when you get back home drag and drop your latest images onto the application to share. Wow, amazing. It means you’ll never have to visit her again. Tsk.

Creating a tube is easy. Click on the gold plus sign on the left side of the Navigator tool bar, or select New Tube from the Tube menu. The New Tube window opens. Enter a name for your tube, click Create, and you’re done! You’re ready to invite others to share your tube using the invitation and user management features of Tubes.
