Five Cool and Free Browser Tools – life enhancing and wallet friendly

Browsertools

Five cool free web browser tools for you to enjoy.

  • Loki. Firefox and IE location tool which gives you a shed load of useful information on things like shops, dining and entertainment based on your location at the time. A very clever and potentially very useful tool. Check out the Plundr game too.
  • InFormEnter. Semi automatic form filler. Simple but works well to save you time.
  • NetJaxer. Turn Web 2.0 sites into menu and taskbar icons. Great way to get fast access to Gmail and the growing host of other online applications without laboriously having to fire up your browser and navigate to the site.
  • Pix2Fone. Quick and easy way to transfer photos from the web or your computer to a mobile phone handset. Right mouse click to ‘send to mobile’, process and then either send an SMS link or navigate to image via WAP. Clever and useful indeed.
  • CallingID. Security toolbar which displays constantly updated information on the site you’re currently visiting – owner, server location, address and user ratings. Valuable way to identify suspicious sites or ones that might be downright misleading.
