Cellecast. They’re calling it cell phone radio on demand. Just dial a number – 1 360 335 6000 – from anywhere and you’ll be able to listen to your own personal playlist of radio stations on your phone. You can pause, rewind and fast forward and even interact via text message with some shows if they have the TalkBack feature enabled. There’s not a lot of content available at the moment on the site, but since it’s advertising sponsored the catalogue should grow with time. The company also hopes to introduce a flat rate plan later on which will offer a toll-free number service for frequent users. More here.
