Pipeline Deals – excellent sales force web application done with style

Pipelinedeals

Pipeline Deals. On the face of it, just another salesforce automation tool (aka CRM). Check out the demo though, and you rapidly discover that this is one nice piece of Web 2.0 work. What that translates into is a totally customisable and very easy to use system which really does nail the sales process on the head. Big time. The data flows throughout the site like butter (edit fields inline in one section and the data appears where it’s needed elsewhere instantly) and the interface is really clear considering how much data is being captured and managed. And it seems to be impressively fast considering all the tech involved.

The basic version of the service is free, with a pay as you go premium service at $15.00 per user per month. It’s a great example of just how powerful Web 2.0 apps can be when they’re designed and implemented with care and attention. Nice.

We firmly believe that software today is overbuilt. Too many features with too many options, which leaves users frustrated and lost. After using the available options on the market we were convinced we could take the 20% of CRM functionality that 80% of the users actually use and build something better. We have stripped CRM software down to its bare bones, made it simpler and more intuitive, and have been successfully offering another way to sell since 2006.
