Killer Bean Forever – one man’s animated movie may outshine Hollywood

Killerbeanforever

Killer Bean Forever. Jeff Lew has spent four years and all his savings producing a full length animated feature film. And now it’s almost ready. The trailer is up, and it’s an astonishing piece of work, worthy of the best that Hollywood could offer. More importantly, it shows that you don’t need a big studio any more to produce world class material. You just need talent, a large array of computing power and a credit card. Interesting. [NB. Not safe for very young ones]

Several years ago, I was the Lead Animator of Matrix Reloaded. It was a great job. I learned a lot from it, but I wanted to make my own feature film. So I quit to pursue my dream. For the past 4 years, I’ve been working at my computer 14 hours a day, 7 days a week. I’ve spent my entire life savings and maxed out credit cards. After all this time and effort, my movie is almost done. I present to you a preview of my feature film directorial debut… Killer Bean Forever.

I would like to know how much it will cost and when I can buy it. It looks well worth 10 dollars even for a download.

Meh. I don’t understand all the unbridled enthusiasm I’m seeing around this. Pretty neat, but ‘worthy of the best that Hollywood could offer’ is a huuuuuge stretch.

9000, for me it’s the fact that it’s one man that has so impressed. I know how difficult it is to just do a minute of normal video editing. The thought of trying to put together a whole movie like this…well it’s just astonishing dedication.
