StashCard – the secret drawer for your laptop

Stashcard

StashCard is a super thin drawer unit which you slot into your laptop’s PCMCIA (aka PC Card) slot to store bits and pieces away from prying eyes. Is it just us, dear reader, or does this not seem a little like hiding your wedding ring in a Faberge Egg for safe-keeping? Perhaps it’s the word ‘secret’ that worries us? Oh well. $9.95.  You know that unused PC Card slot in your notebook? Now there’s a good use for it. The StashCard is a secret compartment that slides into your PC slot to stash away all sorts of stuff. Memory cards, money, stamps, keys, photos, and so much more. What will you be hiding in your StashCard?

I think I remember seeing PCMCIA card once that was a built in multi card reader with a “close top” instead of the regular side slot…

Perhaps if the StashCard could also be a FlashCard, eh eh?
    *nudge in the ribs*

    Or even a “HashCard”?
    Oh, the possibilities are endless
