Just thought I’d flat a couple of interesting sites which have come on stream to look at the future of sustainable living.

• XPrize Cars. Blogging about the Automotive XPrize for super efficient vehicles, which makes it a good place to keep up to date with developments as they occur.
• Gas 2.0. Looking at the developments in alternative fuels.

And in case y’all think this is a little bit hippy, just take a quick look at the astonishing recent statement by Jeroen van der Veer, chief executive of Royal Dutch Shell about the future of energy. I would like to draw your attention to one sentence in particular –

“After 2015, easily accessible supplies of oil and gas probably [my emphasis] will no longer keep up with demand.”

Well it certainly boggled my mind, folks!
